I am really enjoying doing weights at the gym, and
the good news is that the weight is finally starting to come off!
I have lost a whole 1/2 kg.
I am happy with how the program is going so far. I can feel my
body changing and it is encouraging. I really believe that I will
look and feel a lot better at the end of these 12 weeks.
Dean has been really supportive, I was feeling discouraged that
I hadn’t lost any weight, he made me see the whole dieting
process in a different light, that it is a lifestyle change, not
just a quick fix. So even though it will take longer to lose the
weight this time, once the weight is off, it should be off for good.
