"The team at Southland convinced me to hold off from buying the pieces of jewellery I had chosen after I had told them what the theme to my wedding was. I mentioned that it was a Peacock & Butterfly Theme in the colours of purple, fuchsia & teal & they were so excited because the next season special releases would have the perfect items to match my theme. They went against the rules by showing me the items before they went on sale but it was worth it because I ended up purchasing my necklace, earrings, brooch for my wedding dress, bracelet. Not only that but they managed to upsell me to buy my bridesmaids jewellery, my hens night accessories & mother of the bride & groom gifts also. The service assistant even added me to facebook so that she could show me the photos of her wedding but she also wanted to see how the jewellery looked on my big day."
