"Carole was amazing and brought my cake idea to life. I drew a picture of my dream wedding cake and Carole made my dreams come true. The finished result was amazing and looked exactly like I'd pictured. I'm a coeliac so our cake had to be gluten free/ coeliac friendly and Carole made sure that it was. Even though our cake gluten free, it was delicious and full of flavour. Our guests loved our cake and gave lots of compliments. We will definitely use Carole in the future."
