"After being disappointed that my first choice car was unavailable they made sure to get me an amazing car regardless. But at the 11th hour I received an email letting letting me know that the car I originally wanted was available and I could get it. I was over the moon and booked it straight away. The driver was very calming on the way to the venue as he could see how nervous I was but his comforting words made the drive very relaxing."
