"I had been to 3 other dress shops looking for a certain style dress. None of them had the strapless ball gown type that I wanted. I was giving up hope of finding my dream dress until I went to Tuscany Bridal. They not only had about 6 or 7 different styles of my 'dream dress', but they also had quite a few of them on sale AND in my size! I was absolutely over the moon when I went there. The shop was stunning and really well set up. The staff were really helpful and nice. The experience was a joy and very cruisy. I didn't feel as pressured to rush or make a choice quickly. I can't thank the lovely ladies at Tuscany enough for their help."

"My dream dress was from Tuscany however it was a bit out of our price range. The sales assistant had me try on my dream dress so my mum and I could get an idea of the shape and style. She then pointed us in the direction of something similar but more budget friendly. We found a dress that was on sale from $4000 down to $990 purely because it was discontinued, a sample dress and had some small damage from being tried on many times. After purchasing the dress Tuscany included free dry cleaning of the dress since it was a sample dress."

"Initially the service was outstanding however closer to the due arrival date I did not receive any updates. When I called in to discover my dress would be arriving a bit late, no-one had the courtesy to give me details of what went wrong. I was told different varying stories which would stress any bride out, and int he days later to come they still did not keep me updated or have any concern over my worries in this regard. I was very disappointed having spent so much money to have been stressed out like that and being treated so badly. However, when the dress did eventually arrive, it was perfect!"
