"Our reception at An Island Hideaway was perfect, when you make you way through the beautiful gardens you feel as if you are in a different country- a tropical paradise far away from the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast. All of our guests commented on just how fantastic our wedding was... calling it the best wedding they had ever been to! The atmosphere is so relaxing, enjoying delicious canapés at the half way bar on soft white sand with bright green grass and beautiful trees surrounding the grounds it made for a perfect start to the evening! The main meals were delicious with steak and pork cooked to perfection. The wait staff were very attentive making sure everyone was well looked after. Our entertainer Dr Love (who was included in our reception package) was hilarious and an amazing singer - he made sure everyone was up and moving on the dance floor and provided fantastic entertainment for our guests, his performance was the highlight of the night. Overall our wedding day at an Island Hideaway was faultless and couldn't have been more perfect. Both myself and my husband would highly recommend the venue!"

"The ceremony location was just stunning, beach front under the palm trees on soft white sand overlooking the Gold Coast Broadwater. The venue became an adventure for our guests who had to get on our privately charted boat (provided by the venue) to make their way to the island. The staff at an Island Hideaway did everything that they could to assist and ensure that our day was as we had always dreamt of. They went above and beyond and really made our day special."
